About Gol Ya Poch
گل یا پوچ یک بازی ایرانی دسته‌جمعی است که معمولاً به‌صورت دو نفره، چهار نفره و نهایت شش نفره انجام می‌شود. در این بازی، یک شیء گرد کوچک مانند نخود، کاغذ، سنگ‌ریزه یا هر چیز کوچک مشابه که به آن "گل" می‌گوییم، در یکی از دست‌ها قرار داده می‌شود به‌طوری که افراد دیگر آن را نبینند. سپس افراد مقابل باید "گل" را پیدا کنند.
Gol Ya Poch is a traditional Iranian group game, typically played with two, four, or up to six players. A small round object, called the "Gol," is hidden in one player's hand, and the opposing players must guess its location.

بازی برای گروه‌های ۴ و ۶ نفره
افراد به دو گروه مساوی تقسیم می‌شوند. دو سرگروه شرایط بازی را مشخص می‌کنند، مانند حد نصاب امتیاز (مثلاً ۱۵ امتیاز) و امتیازهای حدس درست (مثلاً ۱ امتیاز برای یافتن گل). برای تعیین شروع‌کننده، شیر یا خط می‌اندازند. گروه شروع‌کننده گل را پنهان می‌کند. سرگروه گل را به گروه مقابل نشان داده و سپس آن را در یکی از دست‌ها مخفی می‌کند. همه بازیکنان مشت‌های خود را نشان می‌دهند. گروه مقابل با دقت، از حرکات دست، نگاه‌ها و چهره‌ها حدس می‌زنند. سرگروه گروه مقابل دست‌های مشکوک را حذف کرده و با گفتن "پوچ" یا "خالی" به گل نزدیک‌تر می‌شود. اگر گل را پیدا کنند، امتیاز گرفته و گل را پنهان می‌کنند. اگر اشتباه کنند، گروه دیگر امتیاز گرفته و گل را نگه می‌دارد.
در صورت حدس قوی در ابتدای بازی، سرگروه می‌تواند با یافتن مستقیم گل ۵ امتیاز بگیرد. برنده گروهی است که زودتر به ۱۵ امتیاز برسد.
بازی برای ۲ نفر
بازی دو نفره ساده‌تر است. با شیر یا خط شروع‌کننده مشخص می‌شود. برنده شیر یا خط گل را پنهان می‌کند و حریف با حدس درست امتیاز می‌گیرد. اولین نفر که به ۱۵ امتیاز برسد، برنده است.
جنبه‌های پرورشی
این بازی حس کنجکاوی را تحریک کرده و تمرینی برای افزایش دقت و هوشیاری، به‌ویژه در کودکان، است.
Game for 4 and 6 Players
Players are divided into two equal teams. Team leaders set the game conditions, such as the score limit (e.g., 15 points) and points for correct guesses (e.g., 1 point for finding the Gol). A coin toss determines the starting team. The starting team hides the Gol. The leader shows the Gol to the opposing team, then hides it in one hand. All players show their closed fists. The opposing team guesses based on hand movements, glances, and expressions. Their leader eliminates suspicious hands and calls "Poch" or "empty" to narrow down the options. If they find the Gol, they score and hide it next. If they fail, the other team scores and keeps the Gol.
A strong initial guess can earn 5 points by directly finding the Gol. The first team to reach 15 points wins.
Game for 2 Players
The two-player game is simpler. A coin toss decides who starts. The winner hides the Gol, and the opponent scores by guessing correctly. The first to 15 points wins.
